01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Lee Game, logging in, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances forfeited where fraud or abuse is identified.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a working phone number. Using a false name, someone else's details or fictitious information is a breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Lee Game will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account Verification

Lee Game may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid ID and proof of the payment method you use. 04 Deposits & Payments

Lee Game accepts deposits through a range of Pakistan-based payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit cards and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within seconds. In the rare event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
• Lee Game does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before transacting.
• Failed or reversed deposits are investigated individually. Do not attempt to deposit repeatedly if a transaction has failed — contact support first.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, Lee Game will arrange an alternative after identity verification.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown on the Withdrawal page. Requests below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process for most players unless your account details change.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are only permitted once the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Lee Game processes withdrawal requests promptly. The time it takes for funds to reach you depends on your payment provider — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest.
• Lee Game reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or are flagged by its fraud monitoring systems. This may cause a delay but is a necessary security step.
• Withdrawals of very large amounts may be split across multiple payments over consecutive days. This will be communicated to you in advance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in its individual terms.

Validity Period

Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. The validity period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account.

One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active per account at any time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple offers simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.

Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, or placing hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

07 Gaming Rules

All games available on Lee Game — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, Bingo and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios and governed by their respective rules and random number generation (RNG) systems. Lee Game does not control individual game outcomes.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical errors that interrupt a round before completion are handled on a case-by-case basis by the relevant game studio.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results in individual sessions.
• If a game malfunctions mid-round, the round is voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. This is determined by the game provider's own malfunction policy.
• Live casino games are subject to the dealer's final ruling in the event of any ambiguity. Where a live game session is disconnected, the round outcome stands as recorded by the game server.

08 Sports Betting

Lee Game offers sports betting on Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For Cricket this means the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Match abandonment, rain interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are treated according to standard market rules published on the Sports page.

Void Bets

A bet is voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the event does not take place on the scheduled date; or the market in question is suspended before the event completes due to a data feed error.

Live Betting

In-play odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is confirmed at a displayed price, that price is locked. Lee Game reserves the right to suspend live markets during critical match moments. Bets placed on suspended markets are not accepted.

Bet Limits

Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are determined by the market type and the specific fixture. Limits may be lower for lower-profile matches and higher for major international Cricket and PSL fixtures.

Suspicious Activity

Lee Game reserves the right to void or withhold settlement of any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns or integrity concerns flagged by sporting governing bodies. This is applied industry-wide and is not specific to any individual player.

09 Fair Play

Lee Game is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of bots or automated software to play games, place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker-style games, live casino or sports markets.
• Exploit of software bugs — if you identify a bug or error that gives an unintended advantage, you are required to report it to support immediately. Exploiting bugs intentionally is a breach of these terms.

Balance on Closure

13 Limitation of Liability
